Community Led Housing at EW+S

East Wick and Sweetwater Projects (EW+S), as developer, is delivering an exciting regeneration project on the western edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP) in Stratford on behalf of London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC). The two new districts (East Wick, and Sweetwater) will deliver in excess of 1,850 new homes spread across 7 phases, forming part of the wider Legacy Community Scheme.

The ambition is to create an eclectic and thriving neighbourhood, with extensive new public realm and new infrastructure to support the new and existing communities. New roads and bridges have already been delivered in and around East Wick and Sweetwater, and Phase 1 has been delivered providing 302 new homes (including 130 affordable homes) and 19 new commercial spaces. 13,000 sqm of non-residential uses will be delivered, along with a new health centre, a library and community spaces.
