We’re ideally located in the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, right next-door to Hackney Wick and Fish Island and a stone’s throw from Stratford.

Some of the best transport links in the city and top-class facilities means many creators and makers, entrepreneurs and innovators are based here. The nearest stations are Hackney Wick (overground) and Stratford (tube and train) which has fast connections to most of London – it’s less than 10 minutes from St Pancras and less than an hour from London airports. The park also has walking and cycling trails, bus routes, and it’s 30 minutes from the M25.

As well as a strong business community, there’s also a growing residential community here too. There are over 1,800 homes in the making along with new schools, nurseries and community spaces.

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

A lot has changed since the 2012 games! Over the next 15 years, the Olympic Park and surrounding area will see over 33,000 new homes bring the community to life. Over the next 10 years, 40,000 jobs will be bought to the area and 125 million of visitors will be experiencing the Park and venues.

Here East

Here East is just around the corner. The innovation and technology campus sees over 4,500 people stride its creative corridors every day and is home to some big names including BT Sport, Plexal, Staffordshire University London, UCL, Loughborough University London but also Studio Wayne McGregor and creative studio spaces at The Trampery on the Gantry. Another hidden treasure is Canalside, one of the locals’ favourite spot for food and drinks, from breakfast to the late hours of the evening.

Hackney Bridge

Located on one of East Wick and Sweetwater’s later development sites is Make Shift’s new project, Hackney Bridge.

This brand new, canalside public destination will feature workspaces and studios, public facilities, events, markets, restaurants and bars.

Hackney Wick & Fish Island

One of the most recognisable creative destinations in the world is right on the doorstep. The Creative Enterprise Zone is part of an £11 million London-wide initiative to provide affordable workspaces and training opportunities.


International Quarter London

One of the capital’s most well-known business districts is right on the doorstep, where you’ll find a number of organisations including: Transport for London, FCA, Cancer Research UK, and Unicef.


As well being part of the Olympic legacy, we’re also opposite East Bank, the Culture Quarter coming in 2023. It’s a collaboration between some of the world’s top universities and arts and culture institutions. It will attract another 1.5 million visitors to the park every year and is set to create more than 2,500 jobs.

There’ll be loads happening at East Bank – UCL’s new campus will be here as well as Stratford Waterfront, which will be home to some of the biggest names in culture, education and innovation including: the BBC, Sadler’s Wells, UAL’s London College of Fashion and the V&A Museum.
