Who best to talk about the local area that surrounds East Wick + Sweetwater than the people who help make it so unique?

In this first episode, we caught up with Nat who tells us her journey, from looking to create a map of herbals stories in East London to setting up Hackney Herbal in Hackney Wick, a social enterprise teaching people how to grow, forage and use herbs to support their wellbeing.

Through her story, we rediscover our local area and learn quite how important it is to reconnect with nature and green spaces. It’s amazing to see how much there is around when you just know how to look for it!
